Mailbox Friday

I got so many books in the mail this week and was pretty excited for many of these. It never ceases to get old, ripping open that package and seeing the glossy new cover of a lovely book. :-))

I have very eclectic taste. ;-)

What did you get your mailbox this week??

Friday's note:

The winner of K. Dawn Byrd's The Secret of the Love Letters is...

God's Jewel!

I've emailed you, so be haunting your inbox. ;-)

  1. Ohh, fun fun! And you got Accused--I'm jealous! Haha, well, I shouldn't be, since I have it on my Kindle...but there's nothing like getting to HOLD the book in your hands! :-)

Awesome stack of books! I got Sixty Acres and a Bride as well. Boy, does that look good! :-)

  2. I got a copy of The Beloved Stranger by Grace Livingston Hill. :)

Your reading list looks good. :)

  3. Oh, I so love getting books in the mail, as well! :) I got Replication by Jill Williamson, and Sixty Acres and a Bride, too! Plus a textbook for my Ruth and Esther class (Ruth and Esther: God Behind the Seen). :)

    Happy Friday!

  4. Wow, love the variety you have Casey! I love Angela Hunt and have read Let Darkness Come, it's a true page-turner :) Haven't heard of the other 4, but they also look great!
Amber, I'm waiting for Replication also! So cool! I haven't gotten books this week, but I know they're on the way :)
Thanks for sharing, Casey, and happy reading!

  5. I get excited when I get a package in the mail, even when I know what is coming!! Newest one: Along Wooded Paths by Tricia Goyer! A Courageous book for my husband "The Resolution for Men" his men's group studies over breakfast early Saturday mornings. Last newest books: Unforgettable by Trish Perry, The Doctor's Lady by Jody Hedlund, and finished and reviewed Beyond Molasses Creek by Nicole Seitz

I've got soooo much white space on my side columns. I am going to have to figure out how to fill them up!
I enjoy your blog, Casey. Kathleen

  6. When the Smoke Clears was also in my mailbox this week. : )

    Happy reading!

  7. KATIE, lol I know! Nothing beats that shiny new cover and paper feel. :)

ERICA, I saw her books are making a come back. Never read her, but I love the new covers they have designed!

AMBER, did you open the first page of Sixty Acres and read a bit? SO gripping right off the bat!

KARA, I'm glad to know Angela's book is good. I got it on speculation, the premise sounded so good. :)

KATHLEEN, you had a great mailbox week!! I also got Nicole's book, just forgot to add it. :)

    WALL, that's what I said!!! :D

MICHELLE, I thought of you, wondered if you got it. Hope we enjoy it right?? :)
