The courthouse in Lovelock, Nevada was just simply stunning, so I had to take a picture and share it.
The courthouse in Lovelock, Nevada |
I finished two books while traveling and am so thankful I can read while traveling. I don't know what I would do if I got car sick.
But the drive was good, I am sitting at my aunt's counter writing this.
That's me at my computer. 'Nuff said. :) |
Tomorrow we have a nice break to visit and then Sunday is my other aunt and uncle's 25th wedding anniversary. But, hopefully I can blog between now and then!
Have a great weekend, while I enjoy sunny, hot, breezy, no make that windy, the high desert of California!
Casey,
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you made it safely! :) And that's great you can read in the car--I sometimes can for a while depending on how curvy the road is!
Have a wonderful rest of your trip, and hope you enjoy being in my home state!!! :D

Amber, this was a really straight drive, so I was very thankful too that I could read!
ReplyDeleteThis actually isn't my homestate, but my mom was born here in CA and lived here for many years, so we are going to meet a bunch of people that are good friends of hers at the party. That will be fun!
Thanks for the well wishes, Amber!
Sounds like a lot of fun. Enjoy your vacation, Casey!
ReplyDeleteThanks Julia, I am so far! I think it will be a great time. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's the nicest courthouse I've ever seen! Beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your vacation!
Enjoy your time away.

@Vickie, I KNOW! Isn't it? The picture does not do it justice. It is completely rotund with large columns in the front. I just loved it!
ReplyDelete@Cheryl, thank you, I am!
